With an emphasis on the relationship between health and the environment, this program focuses on the purity of air, food and water. Every effort is made to identify and control hazards before they compromise public health. Services are rendered in the form of consultations, plan reviews, inspections, and investigations.

Environmental Health activities are:
  • Individual waste water disposal
  • Food services inspections
  • School inspections
  • Swimming pool inspections
  • Solid and hazardous waste regulations
  • Used oil recycling
  • Food Handler Permits (Classes available in both Spanish and English) Now available online!
