Kane County Public Health Nurse F/T:
Southwest Utah Public Health Department has an opening for a full-time Public Health Nurse in Kane County. Applicants must have a current Utah RN License and a current Utah Driver License. An understanding of Public Health is needed in order to provide oversight for all Health Department nursing programs such as:
1. W.I.C.
2. Immunizations
3. Baby Your Baby
4. Targeted Case Management
5. Medicaid Case Management
6. CHEC
7. Other Maternal Child Health Programs
8. School Nurse Programs
9. Communicable Disease Tracking and Reporting
This person will work under the supervision of the Kane County Nursing Supervisor. Applicant must have good communication, organizational, and computer skills and will be responsible for compiling data for the above programs. Southwest Utah Public Health Department has an opening for a full time Office/Clinical Assistant position in the Kanab office. Must be able to multi-task in performing a variety of general office duties, comply with general clinical practices, and maintain clinical protocol.
