Flu vaccine for the 2011-2012 flu season is currently available at all Southwest Utah Public Health Department offices. The vaccine is free of charge with Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, PEHP, and SelectHealth insurances (please bring your card). Otherwise, flu shots are $18 ($20 for the nasal spray).

Vaccine options:
•    Flu shot: for all ages over 6 months
•    "High-Dose" Flu Shot: provides extra immunity boost for people aged 65 and over
•    "Flu Mist": nasal spray vaccine for healthy individuals ages 2-49
